Terms of Use

Last updated October 3, 2026. These launch terms should be reviewed by qualified counsel before paid public release.

1. Service

Black Ledger provides educational content, assessments, simulations, practice tools, journaling, and related learning features. Features may change as the platform develops.

2. Educational use only

Black Ledger does not provide individualized investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Nothing in the service is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, derivative, currency, digital asset, or other financial product.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account. Do not share credentials or attempt to access another person's account.

4. Simulated results

Practice and replay results are hypothetical. Simulations can omit or simplify liquidity, latency, slippage, commissions, taxes, market impact, emotional pressure, and other live-market conditions.

5. Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, scrape protected course content at scale, introduce malicious code, misuse other users' data, or use the platform for unlawful activity.

6. Intellectual property

Black Ledger content, curriculum structure, branding, interface elements, and original educational materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Access is a limited right to use the service, not a transfer of ownership.

7. Market risk and limitation

Trading and investing involve risk of loss, including loss of principal. You remain responsible for your own financial decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Black Ledger is provided without a promise that educational outcomes will translate into financial results.

8. Changes

We may revise these terms when the service changes. Material updates should be communicated through the platform or account contact information.
